Terms of service

These terms cover UA Copilot at uacopilot.ai, operated by Cleanor Research Labs L.L.C-FZ (hello@cleanor.app, support: support@cleanor.app). Using the service means accepting them.
What the service is
A copilot for buying media on Google Ads. It reads the advertising accounts you connect, proposes changes, generates creatives and ad copy, runs creative tests within limits you set, and keeps a memory of what worked per project.
Access
Accounts are currently granted by invitation. You are responsible for what happens under your sign-in, and for the people you invite into your workspace. Do not use the service to break the law, to breach Google's advertising policies, or to advertise on behalf of someone who has not authorised you.
What it will not do without you
Anything that spends money is confirmed by a person. Campaigns the service creates start paused. A plan that changes a live account shows what it would change before it runs, and can be run one step at a time. Automations that can modify an account start in suggest mode and act only after you arm them. Creative tests hold a spend cap you authorise by typing the total.
This is the design, not a guarantee against your own instructions: if you confirm a change, the change is made.
Your responsibility for spend
Money spent in your Google Ads account is spent by you. You keep control of budgets and can pause anything in Google Ads directly at any time. Review what the copilot proposes before confirming it. The service is not an advertising agency and does not manage your accounts on your behalf.
Generated content
Ad copy, images, videos and banners are produced by a language model on your brief. You are responsible for checking them before they run: for accuracy, for rights to any material you supply, and for compliance with Google's policies and the law where you advertise. The service does not review them for you.
Tokens and plans
Model generation is paid for in tokens included with a plan. Everything else in the product is free to use. Unused monthly allowance does not carry over; anything purchased separately does. There is no self-serve payment flow yet, so plans are arranged directly with us.
Availability and no warranty
The service is provided as is. It is a small product operated by a small team: expect maintenance, occasional downtime, and features that change. Nothing here is a guarantee of advertising results, of uptime, or of fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before a claim. The service is not liable for advertising spend, lost revenue or indirect damages.
Ending it
You can stop at any time: disconnect your accounts and delete your projects, or write to us and we will remove everything. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts the service at risk, and will say why.
Changes
If these terms change materially, the date at the top changes and, if you have an account, you will be told inside the product.
